Dear Micky,
I am a Belgian student currently studying for a Master's degree in Environmental Sciences and Management. One of the requirements of the course is a period of on-the-job work experience via an Industrial placement in the environmental sector.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Geological Sciences from the Université Catholique of Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium. Although French is my mother tongue, I speak and write both English and Dutch.
This placement period has to last three months. I am very flexible on the dates and would be available between the end of July and December 1999.
My interests are in the general problems of pollution, with particular emphasis on hydrology. I have had field mapping experience in Belgium, Northern France, Scotland and Ireland
The ideal position would involve a combination of field and laboratory work
I feel that my knowledge of French could be attractive
for some companies.
Thank you again,
Kind Regards,
Michèle
